Supply Chain & Advisory
The Donworth team was responsible for establishing and developing Allied Logistics, one of the most successful and profitable supply chain providers in the Irish market.
In 2015 we partnered with senior management to acquire Cold Move, an Irish cold storage, and logistics company. Donworth managed the acquisition from Nama and raised the finance to facilitate the buyout. Having disposed of the shareholding in mid-2019, we established the Donworth Supply Chain.
This consulting division expertly advises on the end-to-end supply chain, from warehousing solutions to international distribution. The team is both UK and Ireland based, ensuring comprehensive and efficient solutions.
Clients currently include Asia Markets, industry leaders in authentic Asian food and ingredients, operating in both the wholesale and retail sectors. Additionally we provide supply chain advice for the UK division of Briggs, global leaders in mechanical handling equipment.
Donworth Supply Chain continues to seek opportunities for organic and acquisitive growth in this dynamic sector, deploying our team of senior, proven associates in warehouse management, transport and technology. Finding synergies, efficiencies and smart solutions has never been more important as the industry faces the challenges of climate change.
