Donworth’s food business Galmere’s multi award winning pesto brand, Pestle + Mortar, have become growers! Galmere is now the proud owner of a vertical digital farm on the premises in Galway.
Our Irish Basil Grown on Site at Donworth Owned Galmere Foods
All the basil harvested will be used for Pestle + Mortar’s basil pesto; because of the process and care, it will need no pesticides and only has to travel through a couple of doorways before we going into production.
